Audit Trail – Important Actions on Record

Log of important actions from web and app – linked by SHA-256 hashes and exportable as CSV at any time.

SHA-256 Hash Chain

Each entry is cryptographically linked to the previous one. Subsequent changes to an entry can therefore be detected.

Immutable

Entries can neither be edited nor deleted via the application. The database itself enforces this.

Shortened IP Addresses

IP addresses are only stored in shortened form. The acting person's name and email are kept as a snapshot, even after the account is deleted.

Multi-Source

Logs actions from web dashboard and mobile app equally. Each entry shows the source of the action.

CSV Export

Export filtered logs as CSV for reports, audits or external documentation.

Real-Time

Actions are logged instantly – non-blocking, without delaying the actual operation.

Cryptographic Hash Chain

Each audit entry is hashed with SHA-256 – together with the hash of the previous entry. This creates a chain where any retroactive change is immediately detectable.

Immutable and Traceable

Audit entries are protected at the database level against modification and deletion via the application. IP addresses are only stored in shortened form.
